SMS Privacy Policy

Opt-In. By signing up with our services and providing your phone number you are opting to sign-up for notifications.
- Notifications will be for elected items like appointments, service dates, results, refills, invoices etc.
- Message frequency will vary based on your elections.
- Messages and data rates may apply based on your carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out. At any time, you may opt-out of this Service by doing the following: You may opt out at anytime by replying STOP to our message. You may also opt-out by contacting us by one of the methods in the Contact section of this Policy.You are not required by us to participate in the Service. You will not be discriminated against for choosing to opt-out of this Service.
Revisions. This Policy may be revised from time to time without prior notice to you. The changes to the Policy will be effective as soon as the updated Policy is posted. If you disagree with any such changes, please cease using the Service. Continued use following the posting of any such changes indicates your acceptance of the changes.
